Shubug was born from our own want for an all-day, everyday repellent. We don’t think how you protect yourself should be scary.
The vast majority of the natural insect repellent industry uses ninety + percent Soybean Oil, which is often harvested with the glyphosate chemical (RoundUp) known for its connection to cancer. Yeah, we don’t use that.
A daily moisturizing repellent
The base of our Natural is 97% Walnut and MCT Oil. It’s the same stuff we use everyday to prevent premature aging and dryness.
Play all day with a single spray.
With 10-14 hours of protection, the only reason you would need to reapply in a day, is if you go in the water.
A little goes a long way
Our Naturals are made from 100% Natural Oils. No need to wastefully douse from head to toe. Just give it a little spritz, and rub-in to your desired coverage of any exposed skin.
Nut allergy free.
Tree nut allergies are triggered by proteins. Our refining process removes 100% of these proteins, making our walnut and MCT oil completely safe—even for those severely allergic to nuts.
